Hi I'm Lavine, a BACP registered counsellor and I am here to help. My journey to counselling has been shaped by both personal experiences and a desire to help others. After realising there's more to life than my city job, I've spent over 20 years supporting people from all walks of life.
I strive to be warm, calm, and approachable, always going the extra mile for my clients. My working-class background and personal experiences have given me a deep understanding of life's challenges. I've worked with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance misuse, anger, LGBTQ+ expression, and cultural issues.
As a fully qualified, Insured and (BACP) British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapist registered member and Humanistic & Gestalt Counsellor, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your difficulties.
